PM White Building will manage your project from start to finish, organising and supervising all trades involved and aspects of the build to ensuring that all work performed is of the highest standard and that the job runs efficiently and smoothly.

Continual communication and advice is provided to all clients throughout the build process.

Phil prides himself in the work he and his team produce and backs this with a complimentary post completion call back service should it be required.
SOLID KNOWLEDGE
Phil has a solid knowledge of the region based on over 30 years of building homes in the area and is also a Certified HIA Greensmart Professional and can advise on environmental considerations, house location and aspect as well as insulation, build material and design ideas to make your home comfortable in all the Southern Highland seasons and save on heating and cooling costs.
LIAISE AND CONSULT
Liaising and consulting with the architects or draftsmen and Council during both the design and build process.
