PM White Building has been building and renovating homes in the Southern Highlands since it commenced trading in 2002. The company’s principal, Phil White, completed his Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship in 1992 and is passionate about providing quality workmanship and a high level of service. PM White Building is a member of Housing Industry Australia and Master Builders Association. Phil is also an accredited HIA Greensmart Professional.
Phil is passionate about the Southern Highlands region. He is a supporter of the local community, provides jobs to local apprentices and is proud of the exceptional level of building trades and services offered in the region. Phil prides himself as a hands on builder who is on-site regularly and oversees all projects himself. Phil is supported by very dedicated and experienced supervisors and carpenters who have been with PM White Building for many years.
Phil and his team of skilled and passionate carpenters and tradesmen enjoy working hand-in-hand with the client throughout the entire building project from concept and planning, including meeting with architects or draftsmen and communicating with Council, through the various selection processes required during the build to the end finished product and prides himself on the strong working relationship he has with his clients.
PM White Building carpenters are all hand-picked for both their passion for their work and the quality of their work. We also employ the same team of great tradesmen on each job ensuring trust amongst the crew and a consistent high quality of workmanship. Phil and his team pride themselves on delivering an exceptionally built home to the client on every project undertaken. PM White Building backs this up with a post completion call back service should any issues arise from the build.
Phil and his team particularly enjoy tackling innovative and architecturally challenging projects and working with the client to achieve the home they desire, from architecturally designed modern homes to heritage listed restorations.
